We offer modern, recently built accommodation at very affordable rates.

There are a two studio apartments and 0ne 1-beroom apartment available, owned and operated by Mike and Petronella (Pepsi) Neuhoff, living on the property and looking after you. We speak German, English and a bit of Spanish as well.

Of course we're not restricted to offering accommodation only, but would also be happy to assist you with all other services and activities like tours, diving, surf related business like courses and rental of material, cruises, and whatever comes to your mind.

All units have a 32 inch flat screen TV, loaded with NETFLIX and hundreds of international TV and radio channels as well as access to the newest (and older) movies and TV shows, sports events, etc - all free of charge.Included in our rates is high-speed wireless Internet access with up to 50 mbps. all around the property.Our cozy studio apartments are well equipped with a combined living/bedroom with 2 single beds that can be adjoined, 32 inch flat screen TV, a private bathroom, modern kitchens with fridge, Microwave oven, 3-burner glass cook tops, coffeemaker, toaster.

Full air conditioning is available at an extra cost of 10.00 US Dollars per day, which can be booked after your arrival, and paid for in cash.

Located in Silver Sands, Christ Church, the most southern part of barbados, we enjoy the coolest breezes and least rain in the island most OF THE YEAR.

VARIOUS WHITE SANDY BEACHES ARE JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY - THE CLOSEST NO MORE THAN 100 METERS/YARDS.

THE AREA IS VERY QUIET WITH NO NOISE FROM JETSKIS, POWERBOATS OR SIMILAR WATERCRAFT. bUT IF YOU ARE INTO SURFING, WINDSURFIND OR KITESURFING - WE ARE WORLD RENOWNED FOR THAT.
